One of the biggest attacks in Japan in WBC minimum weight champion Kazuto Ioka (9-0, 6 KOs) will face his compatriot Akira Yaegashi (15-2, 8 KO). It will be a unification of the title as Yaegashi has the WBA title.
Some people may Yaegashi in the war, he had to remind Pornsawan Porpramook for his WBA belt. He was voted the 2011 ESPN fight of the year and was one of the most exciting fights of the last weight class.
This is a most important event in the weight class. For starters, this is the first time since 1998 that there was a fight between world champion agreement was a minimum weight. It is also the first time that two Japanese title uniform minimum weight champion.
The last time this happened was a fight between Ricardo Lopez and Rosendo Alvarez for the WBC and WBA unification. Before defeating Alex Sanchez Lopez to hold the WBO and WBC belts. The first time Lopez Alvarez fought and ended in a draw. They fought only for the WBA title and Lopez won a split decision.
Japanese officials acknowledge that the WBA and WBC world title in this field. An association with a different title, which is really not as an association, so this is a big event in Japan.
This should be an interesting fight in the minimum weight. Yaegashi is a strategist rather quickly, which is occupied, has more experience than the youngest champion and has (as shown in the fight of the year with Porpramook) a lot of heart. Ioka is a very interesting fighter, with great athleticism and good power to weight category.
The Japanese fighters will meet in the Coliseum former bodybuilder Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium. It will be the first title unification fight between the Japanese champion.
This is related to an interesting fight fast and furious exchanges between the two men. This is probably the last fight at 105 Ioka, looking as if he had a little trouble making weight. The only thing that dropped to 105 to win on a belt, and it might be time for him to rise soon.
